On Tuesday, April 21 Student Union Activities will be partnering with Chabad Jewish group to put on a challah bread presentation. Challah bread is a special Jewish braided bread eaten on the Sabbath and holidays. This would be a demonstration of how to create, braid and bake Challah Bread. This event would teach students traditional culinary techniques of Jewish baking along with the significance of Challah bread and the history of where it came from. The demonstration will go from 12-1 PM in the Traditions Area, Level 4, Kansas Union. It is open to the public.
